Privacy Policy

Your account details (email, name, picture if you use Google), the content you submit for deck-making (URLs, files, topics, recordings), the decks mama produces, contact/career form submissions, and basic usage data (quotas, timestamps).

Solely to run Mamadeck: cooking your decks, storing them in your library, powering collaboration you set up, sending you sign-in and account emails, and enforcing quotas and safety rules. We don't sell your data.

Content you submit is processed by AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini, Groq — including Whisper transcription for recordings) and voice providers (e.g. Sarvam AI) to generate your deck and narration. If you connect your own model key, your content goes to your chosen provider under your agreement with them.

Decks, screenshots, and uploads live in access-controlled object storage; passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sign-in links are single-use and stored only as hashes; your own model keys are encrypted at rest. Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. The database is backed up hourly with a bounded retention window.

One session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.

Delete decks anytime. For account deletion or data export, write to legal@mamadeck.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
